Good nutrition during pregnancy and the early stages of your child’s life is essential in establishing healthy food habits that will last forever. Teaching him or her to eat right and appreciate good food is priceless!
Although the media is flooded with advice and recommendations, putting this into practice is often harder than ABC. Both of our Dieticians have young children and are able to combine the theory with practical knowledge, to make it easier for you.
