Liana Turner

Liana qualified as a Registered Dietician at the University of Stellenbosch and subsequently went on to do her community service in the Western Cape, where she worked in both a clinical and community setting. Here she gained comprehensive experience in diseases of the lifestyle.

Prior to qualifying as a Dietician she studied a Bachelor of Social Studies in Psychology with Honours. Using this degree she moved to London for 6 years where she worked in a Global Investment Bank in an HR advisory role. This is where her calling to pursue her passion in health and nutrition was born.

Liana has a passion for nutrition, health and wellbeing. She enjoys working together with clients in helping them to achieve their dietary goals and empowering them to maintain these goals on their own.

Liana believes in making dietary and lifestyle changes that allow for her clients to embrace a healthy relationship with food and nutrition.
